New photography for T Magazine for their Winter Travel Issue, which also included a very delicious assignment. I went around Copenhagen, documenting three pastry chefs and their processes for their cold-weather specialities, visiting Hart Bageri, Restaurant Kadeau, and Skipper Bageri.
